He is stuck with the lousy pro union state government we have here in Massachusetts. Any time a contract deadlock makes it to arbitration the unions win. The unions know this, and they will not be "talked" into signing a lesser deal. They will hold out for years if necessary. You want to fix that it needs to be done at a state level which means a wholesale clear out of the massachusetts democratic hackery in the patronage appointment system. The votes do not have the will to do this.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">sillybilly14</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 06 Nov 2009 08:39:39 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
